  Very similar experience to a couple other reviews. I've only seen Dr. Hiser once and was impressed with how much time he spent with me. I have no issues with him. His staff on the other hand has been less than satisfactory. They haven't returned multiple messages. They scheduled me for a blood draw appointment 30 minutes before the nurse who was going to do the draw was even scheduled to start work. And they are nearly impossible to reach on the phone. When i do get through, I often get shunted to a different person, which ends up straight back to voicemail. Which they don't bother to check and call back. I've also had a terrible time getting them to provide a referral to a specialist. They did eventually fax over the referral, but they didn't bother to include any medical notes. And this was after pestering them several times over at least 2 weeks. After initially giving a 3 star review, this experience has convinced me to find a new primary care physician. I simply can't recommend Dr. Hiser.

  I called twice to get more info on the follow up appts for my parents. Finally someone called me back, sounded like a young inexperienced lady on 8/10/17 and she was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off and I was trying to explain to her what insurance told me (I was being the messenger). Instead of listening, she would jump and an always had to be "right". I didn't care who was right, I wanted to express some questions and concerns and she gave complete attitude and had the audacity to say I was rude, which I was not. Their internal process is very weak and they provided poor communication. I was annoyed she kept cutting me off. I work in customer service, I know what good customer service sounds like. Then I was mid sentence and she hung up on me. RUDE! I can't believe they hire someone like that there...we will be looking for another place...but I will be contacting their office manager to let them know that kind of behavior is unacceptable. She is one reason why they are losing patients.
